The Visor Array

Perception, detection, and intelligence, integrated into the visor.

Cyrax X1 does not rely on external gates, panels, or fixed installations. The entire detection and awareness stack is housed within the visor module, a self-contained, multi-layer sensor array built into the humanoid's head unit. It performs concealed-object screening, spatial mapping, and threat analysis while the platform moves through dynamic environments.

Detection Capabilities

  • Multi-Caliber Metal Threats — The concealed-object layer identifies a broad range of metal threats carried on-body or inside bags and backpacks during normal movement.
  • Improvised Explosive Devices — Fused mmWave and thermal signatures flag suspicious assemblies and irregular heat patterns consistent with concealed IEDs.
  • Footwear Concealment — Dedicated shoe-screening detects items hidden in footwear with a distinct yellow alarm indication for rapid localization.
  • Behavioral Threat Patterns — Optical and depth layers interpret aggressive posture, erratic movement, and high-risk behavioral signatures in real time.
  • All-Condition Operation — Thermal and NIR enhancement maintains full detection capability in darkness, smoke, or visually obstructed environments.
  • Near-Zero False Alarms — Cross-sensor correlation across optical, thermal, and radar layers filters benign objects, delivering reliable alerts without nuisance interruptions.
